Teaching Israel at Camp
FJC logo

Teaching Israel at Camp: Summer 2025 is a new initiative that seeks to enhance the quality and reach of Israel education and programming at day and overnight camps during the summer of 2025 and beyond.

To achieve this goal, FJC will award grants of $14,500 to 60 camps to help fund the salary and programmatic efforts of a dedicated Head of Israel Education (HIE) for the summer of 2025. FJC will provide mandatory coaching and professional learning to the HIEs in the months leading up to the summer of 2025..

At the end of the summer, FJC will collect and curate write-ups of outstanding programs from participating camps. These examples will form the foundation of an FJC Israel Educational Program Bank, a resource designed to benefit the broader field.

Application is due January 17, 2025 by 11:59PM PST.

Awardees will be notified no later than January 27, 2025.
