About Leaders Assembly:
Leaders Assembly is an unparalleled opportunity to connect with 800 key decision-makers, representing 300 day and overnight camps who engage with 180,000 campers, staff, and families.
The Expo Hall is open for the entire duration of Leaders Assembly, held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, IL. from December 9-11, 2024.
The Expo Hall, centrally located for networking, refreshments, and communal events, is a high-traffic area where attendees and vendors connect, strengthen relationships, and forge new partnerships.
- Monday, December 9th* 11am-7pm ET
- Tuesday, December 10th 8am-7pm ET
- Wednesday, December 11th 8am-12pm ET
Expo Hall Booth Rates:
- $2,500 (deadline: November 1st)
*Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may be sold out prior to the deadline listed.
Booths Include:
- 8'x6' display area with one table and two chairs and basic wireless internet
- One full (3-day) registration* to Leaders Assembly, including all meals on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday
- Recognition in and access to our conference app
- Your logo on the conference website that links to your company's website
*You may register a second exhibitor for Leaders Assembly for the regular fee of $650 per person when registration opens in May 2024.
