We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for our long-awaited 9th biennial Leaders Assembly! Leaders Assembly 2022 will take place on Sunday, December 4 through Tuesday, December 6 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, GA.

General Information

Hotel: Hotel reservations must be booked separately. At this time, rooms at the conference hotel, The Westin Peachtree Plaza, are sold out. However, attendees are invited to take advantage of our room block at a hotel in the area that is within walking distance to the conference hotel. Please note that reservations in the blocks are first come, first served and must be made by November 10, 2022.

Registration Fees: The real cost to run this conference is over $1,000 per attendee. Through the generous support of our sponsors we are able to reduce registration cost for all attendees. Full conference registration fees include all programming and the following meals: Sunday (dessert reception), Monday (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and Tuesday (breakfast & box/grab-n-go lunch). All meals are kosher.

Registration Subsidies: In addition to the overall subsidized conference rate, conference sponsors have enabled FJC to offer additional support to organizations who need further financial assistance to attend. If you are applying for a subsidy, please do not complete your registration at this time. Please go through the subsidy process, which will provide you with a discount code, if applicable.
Conference Timing: The conference begins at 2pm on Sunday, December 4. Most Tuesday activities (December 6) will be complete by 3pm, with the exception of some immersive experiences at local camps which will require later departure time. Registration for Tuesday activities will occur in the fall.

I do hereby give Foundation for Jewish Camp, its third-party sponsors and partners (collectively, the "Foundation for Jewish Camp Parties") the irrevocable right to use the picture(s), portrait(s), photograph(s), video(s), and/or likeness(es) (collectively, the "images" and "videos") of myself in all forms and in all media (including, without limitation, third-party media) and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for any other lawful purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, I expressly agree that the rights granted in this paragraph shall include the right of Foundation for Jewish Camp Parties to authorize third-party newspapers, magazines, websites, and other media to publish the images and videos.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including copies that may be created in connection therewith. Code of Conduct

Foundation for Jewish Camp is committed to creating a respectful, harassment-free environment for all Leaders Assembly participants, including conference registrants, staff, speakers, vendors, and volunteers. Just as Jewish camps should model safe and healthy communities, Jewish communal gatherings should be respectful ones in which sexual misconduct and/or violence, sexism, and gender discrimination are not tolerated.

The following behaviors are not permitted at Leaders Assembly: Demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech; Sexual misconduct of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention and inappropriate physical contact; Harassment that discriminates against a specific group of people based on age, race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, religion, language, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, health conditions, socioeconomic status, marital status, domestic status, or parental status; Abuse of power (including abuses related to position, wealth, race, or gender).

This Code of Conduct has been established in order to promote safety and respect throughout Leaders Assembly. We expect all conference participants to abide by this policy at all venues, including ancillary events and unofficial social gatherings.

If, while at Leaders Assembly, you have been involved in or have witnessed an incident that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact Foundation for Jewish Camp personnel. All reports will be treated as confidential, investigated and action will be taken which could include being barred from all conference activities or if necessary, referred to the authorities.

Event Liability Waiver

Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), damage, loss or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Leaders Assembly. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless Foundation for Jewish Camp, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and by attending Leaders Assembly, voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Leaders Assembly may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of others who may attend Leaders Assembly or their families, colleagues or others with whom such individuals may have had contact. Accordingly, attendee understands that this waiver includes all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses related to COVID-19 sickness or exposure regardless of how or when such sickness or exposure happened, was experienced or incurred.

COVID Agreement

Health and safety are the top priority of Foundation for Jewish Camp. By clicking below I confirm that I am, and will continue to remain, up to date with the CDC’s recommendations for vaccination.

In addition to all other rules and procedures related to my attendance at Leaders Assembly, I agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by Foundation for Jewish Camp and/or the event venue, including, but not limited to, mask wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry a higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all Leaders Assembly attendees.

If at any time within the 10-day period immediately prior to the Leaders Assembly conference, I test positive or experience COVID-19 symptoms, I shall not attend Leaders Assembly and am not entitled to a refund. If I am already at the conference, I will immediately notify FJC staff and abide by all testing and quarantine protocols.

I understand the Leaders Assembly COVID policy, acknowledge that I am fully vaccinated per current CDC recommendations, and agree to behave in accordance with evolving COVID policies set forth by FJC.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received by email to assembly@jewishcamp.org no later than Friday, November 4, 2022. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellations prior to this date will be issued a full refund minus a $50 processing fee and will be processed via the original method of payment. We understand that in rare circumstances an attendee substitution may be requested on behalf of your organization. We are happy to work with you to accommodate substitutions until Friday, November 4, 2022, which may be subject to a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations/refunds related to lodging and travel are the sole responsibility of the participant and must be brought to the attention of the hotel and/or airline directly. Cancellations related to lodging and travel are subject to the policies of the vendor. FJC holds no responsibility.
